★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service, verkaufen Produkte mit denen sie sich nicht auskennen. Bei Problemen, verursacht durch mangelndes Wissen beim Mitarbeiter wird man wird dann einfach achselzuckend an einen "echten" Magenta Shop verwiesen.
