Das Problem wurde schnell gelöst und ich bekam auch einen besseren A1 Tarif. Komme gerne wieder I had problems with tariffs and cell phones. The ladies were very friendly and competent. The problem was solved quickly and I also got a better A1 tariff. Would love to come back

Ich habe am 04.09 persönlich im Shop meine Kündigung unterschrieben und dann heißt es heute es tut uns Leid, der Kollege hat es vergessen weiter zu leiten -.- Bravo If there were zero stars, I would rate this shop with zero stars. I personally signed my resignation in the shop on September 4th and then today it says sorry, the colleague forgot to forward it -.- Bravo

Die Verkäuferin, die mich auch gleich freundlich begrüßt hat, hat sich gleich nach meinen Vertrag erkundigt. Somit habe ich gleich einen neuen, besseren Tarif bekommen. Mein neues Handy hat sie auch gleich komplett fertig eingerichtet, sodass ich gleich telefonieren konnte. Man merkte außerdem, daß die Verkäuferin Spaß an ihrer Arbeit hat. Keil hat mein Gerät auch gleich auf Viren geprüft und meinen aktuellen Tarif überprüft. Fühlte mich sehr wohl! Very friendly seller! I came to the shop because of a mobile phone problem.
