Ich kam letzte Woche mit einem, ehrlich gesagt, sehr schwierigen Problem in den A1 Shop. Es ging um eine Rufnummernportierung. Kurz schildertet ich die Herausforderungen. Der Mitarbeiter des A1 Exclusive Store in Mattersburg hat nicht nach dem Ursprung des Problems gefragt, keine Lösungsvorschläge vorgebracht sondern nur darauf beharrt, dass was er sagt wäre das richtige und dies wäre eine Ausweiskopie und ein bestimmtes Formular vorzulegen. Zitat: „Die Mail brauchen Sie mir nicht zu zeigen, ohne Ausweiskopie und Formular geht da nix, da könnte ja jeder daherkommen und eine Rufnummer portieren wollen!“. Zuhören wollte der Mitarbeiter nicht, sodass ich mit den Worten „dann werde ich zu Drei wechseln“ das Geschäft verlies. Antwort des A1 Mitarbeiters – Na, dann gehen Sie zu Drei. In einem A1 Exclusive Store dachte ich mir, wird man als Kunde behandelt und nicht als Bittsteller! …ich habe mir den Weg zu Drei dann gespart und… …einen Tage später wurde ich im A1 Shop in Eisensatt bezüglich dem selben Problem mehr als kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommen beraten und es gab auch eine Lösung. The employee did not want to listen, so I left the business with the words “then I'll switch to three”. Answer of the A1 employee - Well, then you go to three. In an A1 Exclusive Store I thought to myself, you would be treated as a customer and not as a supplicant! ... then I saved myself the trip to three and ... ... a day later I was given more than competent, friendly and courteous advice on the same problem in the A1 shop in Eisensatt and there was also a solution.
