Eine junge dunkelhaarige Angestellte hat mich überaus nett, freundlich und sehr kompetent beraten. War schon einige Male bei ihr und sie ist immer aufmerksam, sehr qualifiziert und freundlich. Solche Mitarbeiter sind ein Segen. Gestern war ich wieder in ihrem Shop. Leider war ihre Angestellte nicht da. Die Beratung war oberflächlich und wenig informativ. Ich habe ihre Angestellte sehr vermisst. Was in her shop on 8/10/21 to buy a new cell phone. 14.25 h. A young, dark-haired employee advised me in a very nice, friendly and very competent manner. Have been to her a few times and she is always attentive, very qualified and friendly. Such employees are a blessing. Yesterday I was back in your shop. Unfortunately, her employee was not there. The advice was superficial and not very informative. I missed your employees very much.

Und zusätzlich haben wir einen neuen Strom und Gasvertrag und ich habe meinen Telefonanbieter gewechselt. (Bei Magenta ist nie irgendwer erreichbar). I have never experienced such friendly and competent advice anywhere. My wife needed a new cell phone. Has she. In addition, we have a new electricity and gas contract and I've changed my telephone provider. (Nobody can be reached with Magenta).

Mir wurde gesagt ich soll 2 Wochen später kommen, da bekomme ich ein besseres Angebot. 2 Wochen später war alles noch teurer und als kund wird. An als lügner hingestellt.. Nie qieder, alle Tarife wechseln jetzt zu Magenta Employees talk about birthday parties instead of serving me.. I was told to come 2 weeks later so I could get a better deal. 2 weeks later everything was still more expensive than known. An presented as a liar.. Never qeder, all tariffs are now switching to magenta
