N	Ni Ba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider muss ich sagen, hat dieser Kurs nicht einmal 1 Stern verdient. 8 Stunden unbequemst auf einer Matte sitzen und einem theoretischen Frontalvortrag zuhören müssen für 150€, das ist keine Geburtsvorbereitung!!! Das war beteits nach 3 Stunden schmerzhaft für jede Schwangere dort ruhig am Boden zu sitzen. Sehr sehr monoton und langweilig referiert! Und obwohl die Männer schon offensichtlich am Boden lagen und auch noch eingeschlafen sind und die Frauen gegähnt haben ohne Ende wurde der Frontalvortrag einfach fertig durchgezogen!....vorallem waren es Inhalte die wirklich absolute Basics sind, die keinen mehr interessieren und bei wichtigen Themen, wie der Praxis, einfach nur Geburtspositionen auf einem Flipchart zeigen??? Atemübungen: die Umlaute a,e,i,o,u summen? Massagetechnik einfach 2 Tennisbälle irgendwie am Rücken herum rollen???? Und noch dazu mussten wir uns auch noch die Krankengeschichte der Referentin anhören? Hallo? Was hat das dort zu suchen?? Das kann es ja nicht sein! Ich habe jetzt Rückenschmerzen vom sitzen und mein Mann weiss soviel wie vorhin (er soll mir Wasser bringen wenn ich es brauche). Grossartig! Ich weiss erst recht nicht wie ich atmen soll dann bei der Geburt noch weiss ich Übungen zur Entspannung noch wissen wie die Geburtspositionen gehen. Eigentlich haben wir letztendlich 150€ gezahlt um dort wieder raus zu dürfen. Ich würde diesem Kurs niemals weiter empfehlen!!! Unfortunately I have to say, this course doesn't even deserve 1 star. Sitting on a mat for 8 hours in the most uncomfortable way and having to listen to a theoretical frontal lecture for 150 € is not preparation for childbirth After 3 hours it was painful for every pregnant woman to sit there quietly on the floor. Very very monotonous and boring report! And even though the men were obviously lying on the ground and also fell asleep and the women were yawning without end, the frontal lecture was simply carried out! ... especially it was content that is really absolute basics, no longer interesting and on important topics as practice, just show birth positions on a flipchart ??? Breathing exercises: umlauts a, e, i, o, u hum? Massage technique simply roll 2 tennis balls around your back ???? In addition, did we have to listen to the speaker's medical history? Hi there? What is that doing there? It can't be! I now have back pain from sitting and my husband knows as much as before (he should bring me water when I need it). Great! I certainly don't know how to breathe then at birth I still know exercises for relaxation how the birth positions go. In the end we actually paid € 150 to get out of there. I would never recommend this course!
