Sind dank der netten und kompetenten Beratung sehr schnell fündig geworden. Bestellung, bezahlung und Lieferung einwandfrei. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Very well! We've been to a few furniture stores and haven't found anything suitable, just happened upon while walking by "Innovation-Mein Schlafsofe". Thanks to the nice and competent advice we found what we were looking for very quickly. Order, payment and delivery flawless. Can just be recommended!

Lieferung war nicht unkompliziert für die Firma, da die Matratze versehentlich anderswo ausgeladen wurde (das kann ja mal passieren...!). Der Firmenchef persönlich hat sich auf die Suche nach der Matratze begeben, sich gefühlte 100 Mal entschuldigt, von sich aus den telefonischen Kontakt gehalten und die Matratze letztlich höchst persönlich ins westliche Niederösterreich geliefert. Das hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen: So einen tollen Service und solches Engagement habe ich noch nie erlebt. Mit der Couch bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden: ein schönes, elegantes Stück, wie erwartet! Vielen, vielen herzlichen Dank! Ich werde bei Bedarf sehr gerne wieder bei Ihnen einkaufen! Delivery was not uncomplicated for the company as the mattress was accidentally unloaded elsewhere (that can happen ...!). The head of the company went looking for the mattress, apologized 100 times, kept in touch by phone and ultimately delivered the mattress personally to western Lower Austria. That exceeded all expectations: I have never experienced such great service and such commitment. I am also very satisfied with the couch: a beautiful, elegant piece, as expected! Thank you so much! Mir wurde ein kaputtes Sofa-Bein geliefert, jedoch wurde dieses sofort durch Lieferung eines neuen Beins anstandslos ersetzt. Der Kundendienst ist hervorragend und es gab keine nennenswerten Probleme. Bin allgemein sehr zufrieden und kann Innovation mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Very good advice, friendly staff, professional handling and good quality. A broken sofa leg was delivered to me, but it was immediately replaced with a new leg without any problems.
