Ich musste dreimal hinterher telefonieren(obwohl mir immer ein Rückruf zugesagt wurde),dann endlich wurde ein Besichtigungstermin zwecks ausmessen u.kostenvoranschlag vereinbart,und keiner ist gekommen!!Kein Anruf seitens der Firma!
Wenn man so mit Kunden umspringt,dann kann man diese Firma getrost vergessen!!

I had to phone three times afterwards (although I was always promised a callback), then finally an appointment was made for the purpose of measuring and a cost estimate, and no one came !! No call from the company!
When you deal with customers like that, you can safely forget about this company !!
