Also DAS nenn ich mal echt absolut perfekte und mega schnelle Abwicklung! ?Niemals hätte ich damit gerechnet, dass meine 2 Probleme noch dieses Jahr erledigt werden können. Das hätte ich auch nicht erwartet. Aber bämm... so schnell kann man kaum schauen, ist alles erledigt. Tausend Dank dafür!!! ? Ich empfehle diese Firma uneingeschränkt weiter. ? Wow!! M	Mario Ze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem meine Therme eine Störung aufwies, aufgrund fehlenden Drucks (0 bar) habe ich Günther Weber kontaktiert. Er hatte leider adhoc keinen Termin frei, hat aber nach meiner Problemschilderung angeboten, Fotos von der Therme und den Anschlüssen zu schicken, damit er mir telefonisch eine Auskunft/Support darüber geben kann. Habe ihm die Fotos geschickt, keine 5min später hat er mich zurückgerufen und mir erklärt was ich machen soll, um den Druck zu erhöhen (mittels Heizwasserzufuhr). Dies hab ich gemacht und das Problem war somit behoben! Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich bei Herrn Weber, sehr zuverlässig, nett und kompetent! After my spa had a problem due to a lack of pressure (0 bar), I contacted Günther Weber. Unfortunately, he didn't have an adhoc appointment available, but after I described the problem, he offered to send photos of the thermal bath and the connections so that he could give me information/support over the phone. I sent him the photos, less than 5 minutes later he called me back and explained what I should do to increase the pressure (by means of the heating water supply). I did that and the problem was solved! I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Weber, very reliable, nice and competent!
