Very, very bad, unfriendly and no advice, an arrogance sucks. I hope that something like this is no longer doing business. And after a quick review, the quality isn't that good either.

Nach einem Monat ist meiner nicht mehr glänzend sondern Matt.
Die von meiner Verlobten hat ebenfalls Schönheitsfehler.
Wir gehen beide davon aus, dass beide Ringe kein echtes Silber beinhaltet.
Ich hatte jahrelang einen Edelstahl Ring, dieser ist bis heute nicht in so einem Zustand und glänzt heute noch wie Tag 1.
Nie wieder!
My fiancée and I bought silver rings here.
After a month, mine is no longer shiny but matte.
My fiancée's one also has blemishes.
We both assume that neither ring contains real silver.
I had a stainless steel ring for years, it is still not in such a condition and still shines like day 1.
Never again!

Eşim yüzüğünü küçültmek için bu kuyumcuya gitmişti. Ilgisiz bir satış elemanına anca seslenerek, yüzüğünü küçültmek için sorduğunda, “bu yüzüğün değeri zaten 50€, değmez” denildi, yüzüğe hiç bakmadan bu yorum yapılarak, eşimin ordan gitmesine sebep oldu. Işınden anlamayan, küçümseyen tavrı olan, ilgisizlik zirve yapmış bir yerden bahsediyoruz.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum kimseye ve tüm cevreme bu olayı anlatıcağımıda belirtiyorum! Umarım bu tarz davranışlarınızdan yakın zamanda vazgeçersiniz ve bu şekil davranışlarla kendinize zarar verdiğinizi anlarsınız!!!
Definitely the last jeweler to go!!!
My wife went to this jeweler to shrink her ring. When she called to an uninterested salesperson and asked her to shrink her ring, she was told that "this ring is worth 50€ anyway, it's not worth it". This comment was made without even looking at the ring, causing my wife to leave. We are talking about a place that does not understand the light, has a condescending attitude, and apathy has peaked.
I definitely do not recommend it to anyone and I state that I will tell all about this event! I hope you will give up such behaviors soon and realize that you are hurting yourself with such behaviors!!!
