★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's worth a quick walk in and around. There is a lot of stuff for sale that's just fun to look at. Including lots of figurines from various TV and movies.
They have a nice little Cafe that is situated next to a small gallery where they have a rotating exhibit. I saw it when it was filled with "ordinary" life in crystals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceeded our expectations. Various theme rooms decorated with crystal diamonds. Loved the sparkles. At the end of the trip there's a shop where if you make a purchase of more than €20 they give you a gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful tourist place. Largest Swarovski store which sells crystals made only here. A wonderful marvel which holds all its beautiful structures made up of pure crystals. Bought a couple of Crystal sets for my sister and mother which they liked alot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt go to the Crystalworld but just a shop near the Innsbruck tourist information. The staff is very lovely. It's very difficult for a man who didnt know anything about earrings and must choose it for his GF birthday. The staff show me a lot of collection, ask me about how my girl look like and suggest the good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fun shop to go in and check out! Friendly vibe and they had some really cool Swarovski crystal artwork displayed, including a fun exhibit featuring everyday items covered in Swarovski crystals. Worth going in to check out the art even if you aren't interested in the jewelry!
