★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unprofessionell. Hab versucht von 17-18 Uhr telefonisch Kontakt zu einem Mitarbeiter zu finden jedoch ohne Erfolg. Nicht Abgehoben/ Abgehoben und nicht geantwortet und schliesslich Mobilbox aktiviert.
Absolutely unprofessional. Tried to contact an employee by phone from 5 pm to 6 pm, but without success. Not picked up / picked up and not answered and finally mobile box activated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich super Shop samt sehr hilfsbereitem Chef. Hatte ein Problem mit meinen Zipp Laufrädern - wurden auf Garantie über den Händler ausgetauscht - Problem war dass ich in der Zeit des Austausches Carbon Laufräder für Renneinsätze brauchte - war beim Zweirad Reiter kein Problem denn er überliess mir für diese Zeit einen Satz Leihlaufräder :-) Ist nicht selbstverstädnlich und ich bin sehr dankbar für die rasche und unkomplizierte Hilfte :-)
A really great shop with a very helpful boss. Had a problem with my Zipp wheels - they were exchanged through the dealer under guarantee - the problem was that I needed carbon wheels for racing during the exchange - was not a problem with the two-wheel rider because he gave me a set of rental wheels for this time :-) Is not self-evident and I am very grateful for the quick and uncomplicated help :-)
