Ich habe die Bestellung sowie den Preis meines Wunsch-EMTBs mit dem Verkäufer, der die geplante Verfügbarkeit auch noch davor intern abklärte, fix vereinbart und schriftlich bestätigt. Umso mehr war ich sehr verwundert als man mich am Tag darauf informierte, dass das bestellte Radl nicht geliefert werden kann.
