Außerdem musste ein Pedalgewinde ausgebohrt werden: In diesem Laden mit einem jungen, engagierten Team herrscht eine besonders kundenfreundliche Atmosphäre, man wird gut beraten und erhält eine einwandfreie Leistung zu einem fairen Preis. Was will man mehr? I needed a replacement because of a flat tire on my Flyer Flogo. Nach kurzer Kontaktaufnahme wurde es rasch und unbürokratisch ersetzt! Top Service! I bought a third-party product via the online shop, which unfortunately was defective (can happen). w	whydontyouletmebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein Ergänzugsmodul zum Fahrrad bestellt, dass nirgendwo sonst verfügbar war - zuerst war die Enttäuschung groß, da ich leider zuerst wegen einem Fehler das falsche Modell (=zu neu und daher nicht kompatibel mit dem älterem Fahrradmodell, kann ja passieren) bekommen habe, aber der Fehler wurde sofort und sehr kundenfreundlich behoben - Hut ab für die tolle Kommunikation! I ordered an add-on module for the bike that wasn't available anywhere else - at first I was very disappointed, because unfortunately I got the wrong model (=too new and therefore not compatible with the older bike model, it can happen) because of a mistake, but the error was fixed immediately and very customer-friendly - hats off for the great communication!

Dieses Fahrrad eines bestimmten Herstellers war in der Größe und Farbe bei fast allen shops ausverkauft und dementsprechend lange waren auch die Lieferzeiten. Hier in diesem shop fand ich es online, jedoch nicht alle Zusatzausstattungsteile. Schnell angerufen und wegen dem Fahrrad nochmal nachgefragt (konnte ja sein, dass es bei der Bestellung des Fahrrades online auf einmal nicht mehr lagernd ist-wie bei einem anderen shop, und dort wochen dauern wird bis es wieder geliefert werden kann). Eine freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiterin half mir mit meinem Anliegen und den Zusatzausstattungsteilen. Im Endeffekt war das Rad sowie die Zusatzausstattung lagernd. Da wie gesagt nicht alle Teile im Online Shop gelistet waren, wurde kurzerhand eine Rechnung mit den von mir gewünschten Komponenten erstellt und mir per email übermittelt. Ich habe die Überweisung getätigt und am selben Tag bekam ich noch eine email, dass mein Paket bereits gepackt und am nächsten Tag versendet wird. Ich kann diesen shop wirklich empfehlen. Hier wird Kundenfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben, die Mitarbeiterin war sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit!! Nun kann sich meine Tochter zu ihrem Geburtstag über das gewünschte Rad freuen! This bike from a certain manufacturer was sold out in almost all shops in size and color and the delivery times were correspondingly long. Here in this shop I found it online, but not all the additional equipment. Called quickly and asked again about the bike (it could be that when you order the bike online, it suddenly is no longer in stock - like in another shop, and it will take weeks before it can be delivered again). A friendly and competent employee helped me with my request and the additional equipment parts. In the end, the bike and the additional equipment were in stock. Since, as I said, not all parts were listed in the online shop, an invoice was created with the components I wanted and sent to me by email. I made the transfer and on the same day I got an email that my package was already packed and shipped the next day. I can really recommend this shop. Customer friendliness is very important here, the employee was very flexible and helpful! Now my daughter can look forward to the bike she wanted for her birthday! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
