Ich habe mir daraufhin eine Vespa bei der Firma Dangl gekauft. Da man sich nicht an Zusagen gebunden fuehlt werde ich in Zukunft dieses Geschäft nie mehr betreten. I	Ina Egger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns vor ca einem Monat eine Vespa 300 GTS Touring bei der bike factory gekauft. Ausschlaggebend war die sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung. Das ist nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Alle Fragen wurden gut beantwortet und auch eine Probefahrt (mit einem anderen aber quasi identen Fahrzeug) war kein Problem. Heute war das erste 1000er Service dran. Die Terminfixierung per Telefon ging schnell und unproblematisch. Im Zuge dessen wurde auch das bestellte Topcase mitmontiert, dessen Lieferzeit gerade mal drei Tage war. Alles in allem, ich würde wieder dort ein Motorrad kaufen, da wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben fühlen und dafür auch gerne einen längeren Anfahrtsweg in Kauf nehmen. Weiter so ?? All in all, I would buy a motorcycle there again because we feel we are in very good hands and are happy to take a longer journey to get there. Keep it up ??

M	MaxHead on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, wenn man sich mit einem etwas ausmacht und der jenige dann nicht da ist und man mit jemand anderes wieder von vorne beginnen muss ist das schon für mich ein Zeichen das hier nicht alles rund läuft. Wenn ich dann noch gefragt werde ob ich eine Rechnung brauche oder nicht (versteuert oder schwarz) dann weiß ich das hier nicht seriös gearbeitet wird. Das war für mich das erste und letzte mal das ich dort Kunde war. Sonst ist der Schauraum super und es gibt viele Bikes zu sehen. Das Gebäude ist auch sehr modern. Wie die Werkstatt ist kann ich nicht sagen. So, if you come to terms with someone and then that person is not there and you have to start all over with someone else, that's a sign for me that not everything is going well here. If I am then asked whether I need an invoice or not (taxed or black) then I know that there is no serious work here. For me that was the first and last time that I was a customer there. Otherwise the showroom is great and there are lots of bikes to see. The building is also very modern. I can't say what the workshop is like.

Dies war nicht der Fall aber ich wurde eingehend informiert wo man alternativ etwas besorgen kann und was es kostet. Fand ich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Stopped at Bike Factory in transit to ask if an accessory was in stock. This was not the case, but I was informed in detail where you can get something alternative and what it costs. I found it very nice and accommodating.
