Der Service und die Qualität war einwandfrei. Pünktlich, schnell, sehr professionell. Empfindliche Teile wurden ordentlich verpackt bzw. abgedeckt. Profis eben. This is the 2nd time we have moved with delivery express. This time 3 men were hired to move a 4-room apartment from Salzburg to Freiburg. The service and quality was impeccable. On time, quickly, very professionally. Sensitive parts were neatly packed or covered. Just professionals.

Viele Sachen sind kaputt gegangen, meine Canon 550d Kamera ist verschwunden, keine Möbelstücke wurden montiert, obwohl ich auch für die Montage bezahlt habe, meine weiße Matratzen hatten schwarze Flecken am Ende des Tages, die Mitarbeiter waren EXTREM unhöflich und unfreundlich, usw. Die Firma wird bestimmt kommentieren und sagen dass ich irgendwie für alles Schuld war. Ich kann dazu nur sagen es hätte fast besser gewesen Möbelstück für Möbelstück von Salzburg nach Wien zu Fuß zu tragen, als mit diese Firma zu arbeiten!! Die Fotos zeigen nur 40% der Probleme... Die Möbeldemontage und Möbelmontage wurde auch sehr schnell erledigt. Einfach super! Das Be- und Entladen des Umzugswagens erfolgte schnell und sicher. Immer wieder gerne! Für die Zukunft unsere erste Wahl. Leute lasst die Finger von bestimmten, unseriösen Firmen im Netz, die euch einen LKW mit 2 Helfern für 25 - 35 Euro die Stunde anbieten! Ihr werdet hinten raus mind. das 15-20 fache zahlen und betrogen! Beim Zustellexpress wisst ihr gleich den wahren Preis und dieser hat ein gesundes Preisleistungsverhältnis! Frohes siedeln. Il n'était au courant de rien et ne parlais ni allemand, ni anglais et encore moins français ! Et lorsqu'on a appelé le patron de Zustellexpress il n'arrivait pas à joindre le chauffeur puis il a filtré nos appels. Nous avons du faire attendre notre second déménageur d'autant. Je ne recommande pas The transport was subcontracted by a Polish company which explains the low price. The driver arrived at his destination 4 hours late. He was not aware of anything and spoke neither German, nor English and even less French! And when we called the boss of Zustellexpress he could not reach the driver then he screened our calls. We had to make our second mover wait that much. I do not recommend

Wasserhahn falsch aufgesetzt. Als der Elektriker den E-Herd anschließen wollte (dürfen nicht an den Starkstrom anschließen) hat eine Kupferabdichtung gefehlt. Kasten sehr spartanisch befestigt- trau mir nichts schweres mehr reinstellen. Beim Siedeln viele Kratzer am Boden des Liftes Fast appointment, good price, friendly workers but kitchen settle not recommended!!! Forgot a seal under the sink- dripped.
