Ich habe dir Firma beauftragt und aufgrund einer Genehmigung für CAT 745C müsste ich den Auftrag frühzeitig abbrechen.
Dies wurde mehr als eine Woche telefonisch und am selben Tag auch in schriftliche Form bestätigt per E-Mail bekannt gegeben.
Für eine nicht erbrachte Leistung hat mich eine sehr unfreundlicher Dame in Höhe von 1.816,20 € verklagt...Den Richter habe ich wegen Fehlurteil in Wien beim Gerichtshof gemeldet.

The experience cost me €1,816.20 in tax money and a lot of time plus stress!
I have commissioned your company and due to a permit for CAT 745C I would have to cancel the order early.
This was confirmed over a week by telephone and on the same day also in written form by e-mail.
A very unfriendly lady sued me for a service that was not rendered in the amount of €1,816.20... I reported the judge to the Court of Justice in Vienna because of a misjudgment.
