Nur seit dem lezten einkauf nicht mehr, haben 36Dosen Nassfutter gekauft (6Sorten) als ich vor 2Tagen eine Dose aufmachte wahr nicht der Inhalt drinnen was es sein sollte. Meiner Meinung nach kann passieren, das Problem ist meine hatt eine Alergie gegen Lam. und jezt hatt sie nach nicht mal ner halben dose durchfall (ich weis meine schuld). Ich habe bereits die 3te Mail geshickt und keine Antwort bekommen. ich will ja schlieslich nicht 30dosen weckhauen müss und auf den kosten sitzen bleiben. I am actually always 100% satisfied. Only not since the last purchase, bought 36 cans of wet food (6 types) when I opened a can 2 days ago, the content inside is not what it should be. In my opinion it can happen, the problem is my allergy to Lam. and now she had diarrhea after not even half a can (I know my fault). I have already sent the 3rd mail and have not received an answer. After all, I don't want to have to wake up cans and keep paying for the costs.

Die Bedienung war leider auch sehr unfreundlich auch nicht hilfsbereit und bewegte sich keinen cm. Das bin ich von diesem Geschäft nicht gewohnt.
