Wenn unterwegs zum Seebensee im Ehrwald eine Fahrrad pannen hat ist Michael die Ehrwarlder almbahn hoch gekommen mit ein Ersatz Fahrrad. Wir haben unsere Runde so wie geplant fahren können. Michael und Team herzlich Dank fur die service! Today we rented bicycles for the second time at the Zugspitz Bike. If a bike breaks down on the way to Seebensee in Ehrwald, Michael came up the Ehrwarlder almbahn with a replacement bike. We were able to drive our lap as planned. Michael and team thank you very much for the service!

Das Beste kam zum Schluss : da die Jungs gesehen haben, daß ich nass vor dem geschlossenen Geschäft stand haben sie ihre Mittagspause abgebrochen, damit ich das Bike zurück geben kann. Borrow without any problems. Bike in top condition. Friendly advice and tips for routes. The best came at the end: since the boys saw that I was standing in front of the closed shop wet, they stopped their lunch break so that I could give the bike back.

M	Michael MOSER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte mir ein MTB-Fully Mondraker Chaser ausgeliehen - von 12:00Uhr bis ca. 18:00Uhr - musste trotz Anmerkung, dass ich es nicht den ganzen Tag leihe, den vollen Preis von €67,00 bezahlen, halte ich nicht für sehr fair. Dafür kann man aber dann ein Rad in Top-Zustand erwarten, das war leider nicht der Fall. Lagerschaden an der Heckachse, der immer lauter wurde, m.E. war das schon vorher bekannt und wurde nicht behoben; Schaltung nicht exakt eingestellt, möglich, dass auch die Kassette schon am Ende war... Bremse hat nervig gequietscht. Gut fand ich, dass ich nachdem der Akku nach ca. 2 1/2 Stunden leer gefahren wurde, sofort gewechselt wurde, so dass ich noch einen Berg fahren konnte. Die Jungs sind schon sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber in technischer und preislicher Hinsicht war ich schon ein wenig enttäuscht. Auch bei Rückgabe wurden meine Anmerkungen aus Stressgründen nicht wirklich beachtet. Das ist eine freundlich gemeinte und konstruktive Kritik - es kann halt immer was sein, aber ich war nicht wirklich zufrieden. I had borrowed a MTB fully Mondraker Chaser - from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. - despite the fact that I didn't borrow it all day, I had to pay the full price of € 67.00, which I don't think was a lot fair. But you can expect a bike in top condition, which unfortunately wasn't the case. Bearing damage on the rear axle, which got louder and louder, in my opinion this was already known and was not repaired; Gear shift not set exactly, possible that the cassette was already at the end ... The brake squealed annoyingly. I found it good that after the battery ran empty after about 2 1/2 hours, it was changed immediately so that I could still drive a mountain. The guys are already very hard-working and friendly, but I was a little disappointed in terms of technology and price. Even when it was returned, my comments were not really taken into account for reasons of stress. That is friendly and constructive criticism - it can always be something, but I wasn't really satisfied.

Wir sind perfekt beraten worden vom Team, ich und meine Frau sind mit den Kids auf befestigen Wegen die Berge rauf und runter gefahren. Auch das E-bike 20 Zoll hat der Tochter viel Spaß gemacht und sie ohne Jammern den Berg hochgeschoben. Das Team stand ins mit Rat zur Tour hilfreich zur Seite. Es gabe ein Reparaturset und Frist Aid mit auf die Tour und 2 Schlösser und Helm, alles inklusive.... Die Räder sind Top, neuste Modelle und gut gepflegt..... Wir sagen vielen Dank für den tollen Tag, deine 4Helden.... We rented an e-bike for our Fanillie, 51-46-11-7 years. We received perfect advice from the team, me and my wife drove up and down the mountains with the kids on paved paths. The daughter also had a lot of fun with the 20 inch e-bike and pushed her up the mountain without complaining. The team was on hand to offer advice on the tour. There was a repair kit and Frist Aid with me on the tour, as well as 2 locks and a helmet, all included. The bikes are top, newest models and well maintained ..... We say thank you very much for the great day, your 4heroes ....
