 Top service: in the evening, the MTB with the defective brake disc returned 10 minutes before the end of the working day, and it was picked up and repaired the next morning at 9 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin nach einer ziemlichen Odyssee in der Radlwerkstatt angekommen und die sehr freundlichen Mechaniker haben sich mein Ebike glücklicherweise auch ohne Voranmeldung/warnung gleich angeschaut. Sie konnten mein Ebike nach kurzer Zeit reparieren und so konnte ich meine Tour wieder fortsetzen. Allerhetzlichsten Dank hierfür. Reparaturkosten waren auch überraschend/erfreulich niedrig, daher kann ich die Werktstatt uneingeschränkt empfehlen :-)
After quite a odyssey, I arrived at the bike workshop and the very friendly mechanics fortunately looked at my e-bike without prior notice / warning. They were able to repair my e-bike after a short time and so I was able to continue my tour. Thank you very much for this. Repair costs were also surprisingly / pleasantly low, so I can unreservedly recommend the workshop :-)
