Oog voor detail en kwaliteit staat hoog in het vaandel. Voor ons geen ander. Jette: bedankt topper!! Perfect, from the booking to the last day of classes, Dutch speaking, no mass classes of 15 people, but tailor-made lessons. An eye for detail and quality is of paramount importance. No other for us. Jette: thank you great!!

Nach unserem eintägigen Snowboardkurs für Anfänger bei Privatlehrer Claudio konnten wir bereits eigenständig auf die Piste gehen. Die Grundlagen wurden uns in kompetenter und super verständlicher Art und Weise beigebracht. Claudio ist stets auf uns eingegangen und hat den Kurs an unser Level individuell angepasst. Mit seiner lockeren, italienischen Art hat er uns diese neue Erfahrung und den Tag versüßt! Danke für das tolle Erlebnis und bis ganz bald zum nächsten Kurs :) Really great experience, competent teacher and lots of fun! After our one-day snowboarding course for beginners with private instructor Claudio, we were able to hit the slopes on our own. The basics were taught to us in a competent and super understandable way. Claudio always responded to us and individually adapted the course to our level. With his relaxed, Italian manner, he sweetened this new experience and the day for us! Thank you for the great experience and see you soon for the next course :)

Alles war gut organisiert und nach Ablauf der zwei Stunden wurde nicht einfach abgebrochen, sondern in Ruhe der Unterricht beendet. Nach dem dritten Tag wurden wir dann sehr gut vorbereitet auf die Pisten entlassen ? Lieben Dank an Martijn, es hat großen Spaß gemacht! Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei euch buchen! We had 2 hours of lessons on 3 days, my husband was a beginner and I was a returnee. Everything was well organized and after the two hours were up, the lesson was not simply broken off, but ended in peace. After the third day we were released onto the slopes very well prepared ? Many thanks to Martijn, it was great fun! We would book with you again at any time!
V	Victoria Legros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rausgeworfenes Geld! Meine Skilehrerin war wenig motiviert und hat jede Gelegenheit genutzt um Zeit zu verschwenden. Wir sind bevorzugt Gondel gefahren und auf dem Ziehweg ging es den Hang wieder runter. Bei dem Tempo haben wir in knapp 2 Stunden nur 2 Abfahrten geschafft und keine einzige rote Piste benutzt! Als fortgeschrittene Skifahrerin habe ich kaum was dazu gelernt und von 2 Stunden Privatunterricht definitiv mehr erwartet. Als ich mich aber beschweren wollte, „war der Chef auf der Piste und nicht erreichbar“ für die nächsten 2 Tage. Einen Kundenservice gibt es bei Snowpower schlicht keinen - auch nicht beim stolzen Tarif von 160 € / 2 Stunden. „Der Chef“ hat sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht mich zurückzurufen. Hauptsache die Stunden sind bezahlt. Ob man zufrieden ist, ist nebensächlich. Die „Dienstleistung“ wenn man sie so nennen kann, endet Punkt 11:55. Dann ist Mittag. Ein „wie war‘s“ oder „was können wir besser machen“ gibt’s nicht, interessiert auch keinen. Money wasted! My ski instructor was not very motivated and took every opportunity to waste time. We preferred to ride the gondola and then we went back down the slope on the pull track. At this speed, we only managed 2 descents in just under 2 hours and didn't use a single red slope! As an advanced skier, I hardly learned anything and definitely expected more from 2 hours of private lessons. But when I wanted to complain, "the boss was on the slopes and not available" for the next 2 days. There is simply no customer service at Snowpower - not even with the high rate of 160 € / 2 hours. "The boss" didn't even bother to call me back. The important thing is that the hours are paid for. Whether you are satisfied is irrelevant. The "service" if you can call it that ends at 11:55 sharp. Then it's noon. There is no such thing as "how was it" or "what can we do better", and nobody is interested.
h	hurmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the teachers wanted to teach beginners and the one that did teach them hardly spoke English as was promised. I would not recommend this skischool if you are a beginner.

B	Birgit Verbeure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great snow experience for our two boys (5 and 7) - they have learned a lot while having fun under the supervision of their monitors. The youngest has made huge progress and didn’t want to miss any class with Heinke. The oldest found an excellent compagnon in teacher Marko. The guidence was tailored to their needs and age, it was warm and friendly, yet exciting and challenging at the same time! The Snowpower teachers and organisation also functioned well as a team! We would instantly choose them again! Top job!

Most teachers speak multiple languages which is very convenient for our kids. Dutch was no problem at all. The school is flexible with changes and service minded. We've been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year.
