★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Zittauer Hütte offers a stunning view both up to more mountains and down into the valley. Right next to it there is a beautiful lake where you can sit down and relax. If you want to swim in it you shouldn't fear the cold.
The meals taste very good and they even have enough alternatives if you have allergies.
It's about 3 hours to walk and an altitude of roughly 1000 meters starting from the Finkau.
You can also sleep up there (the night sky should be pretty awesome).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is fantastic. We hiked to the hütte but the weather got worse. We were stranded there for the night. They provided a room for us, sverything we didn't had in our backpacks. Very helpful and kind people. We were able to shower in hot water, charhed our phones, slept a good one. The food was delicious the portions were big. There is a lake next to the house with crystal clear water. The hütte was renovated not long ago, everything was comfortable, clean, tidy. They helped us in everything, thank you again!
