★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent, vertiginous views of the valley and the dam. We tried two soups and both were very tasty.
Note 1: cash only.
Note 2: if you go there by bicycle, bring a light, since you will need to pass through two long tunnels on your way up & down. The tunnels do have lighting and traffic only consists of local buses ferrying pedestrians back and forth -- but it doesn't hurt (literally!) to make yourself visible in the tunnels.
