★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Mal Auto überprüfen, leichte Mängel festgestellt über 50 euro bezahlt, 1 Monat später, Mängel vom 1. Prüfbefund behoben, schwere Mängel und ganz andere Mängel festgestellt als vor einem Monat, wieder 50 euro bezahlt, nicht empfehlenswert!!!
Check the car for the first time, minor defects found, paid over 50 euros, 1 month later, defects from the 1st inspection report corrected, serious defects and completely different defects found than a month ago, paid 50 euros again, not recommended!

Schweinerei wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird....mussten ein Paket abholen und hatten keinen abholschein (weil der paketdienst auch keinen hinterlassen hat)... obwohl keine einzige Person im Raum war, wollte der Angestellte unser Paket nicht holen (verlangte eine Paketnummer - der Nachname reichte nicht aus).
Mussten extra noch einmal hinaus gehen und beim Dienstleister anrufen und nach der Paketnummer fragen.
Danach gingen wir wieder hinein und der Angestellte wollte uns nicht mehr bedienen, obwohl wir ihm die Paketnummer mitteilten- es musste extra seine Kollegin kommen, die uns netterweise das Paket innerhalb von 1 Minute brachte!
Rating pick-up service parcel service:
Mess in how customers are dealt with .... had to pick up a parcel and didn't have a pick-up slip (because the parcel service didn't leave one behind) ... although not a single person was in the room, the clerk didn't want to pick up our parcel (asked for a parcel number - the surname was not enough).
Had to go out again and call the service provider and ask for the parcel number.
Then we went back inside and the clerk didn't want to serve us anymore, although we gave him the package number - his colleague had to come specially, who kindly brought us the package within 1 minute!
