M	Manuela Madlmeir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren samstags (21.10) um 16 uhr dort und die verkäuferin war sehr sehr unfreundlich u ging auf kundenwünsche überhaupt nicht ein. Auch das pärchen in der anderen umkleidekabine schüttelte den kopf bzgl der art der verkäuferin. Erst beim bezahlen wurde sie freundlicher u beantwortete unsere fragen zufrieden stellend. Sehr schade, da das geschäft sehr schön ist Were there on Saturday (21.10) at 4pm and the seller was very, very unfriendly and didn't respond to customer requests at all. The couple in the other dressing room also shook their heads at the type of saleswoman. It was only when she paid that she became friendlier and answered our questions satisfactorily. A shame because the business is very nice

Sie hatte auch schnell ein passendes Teil gefunden! In der Umkleidekabine probierte sie das Kleid an,und wollte von mir wissen ob das auch so passt! Auf einmal kam eine sehr nette Frau dazu und erklärte uns alles über die veschiedenen Passformen der Dirdln das keines dem Anderen gleicht,usw: Meine Frau probierte ein von Michaela (die Verkäuferin) empfohlenes Modell,das auch ihren Vorstellungen entsprach ,und das kauften wir dann auch!! Wir waren von der umfangreichen, kompetenten Beratung von Frau Michaela begeistert!!!! Wir würden sagen so gewinnt man Stammkunden!! I was on December 28th, 2019 with my wife in the Zillertaler Trachtenwelt at Interspar in the Industriezeile, she wanted to buy a dirdl! She also quickly found a suitable part! She tried on the dress in the dressing room and wanted to know if it would fit that way! Suddenly a very nice woman came over and explained everything about the different fits of the dirdls that no two are alike, etc. My wife tried a model recommended by Michaela (the seller) that also met her expectations, and we bought it !! We were thrilled by the extensive, competent advice from Ms. Michaela !!!! We would say this is how you win regular customers !!
M	Martin Schwanninger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferin hat lieber Schachteln ausgeräumt als Kunden zu beraten und die Beratung war dann auch noch inkompetent...wie hier schon gelesen, als würde man als Kunde stören. Ich verstehe nichts von Trachtenmode und wollte mich daher auf die Verkäuferin verlassen. Zu Hause war ich dann unsicher und habe mir von einem Profi einen Rat geholt, der Kommentar: "wenn man farbenblind ist, kann man es tragen" Wollte aufgrund der Fehlberatung die Wahre nach 2 Tagen zurückgeben, hätte aber nur eine Gutschrift bekommen. Hab dann selbst eine passendere Kombi ausgesucht, auch den Restbetrag von 40€ hab ich trotz Intervention mit der Vorgesetzten nich ausbezahlt bekommen, sondern wieder nur als Gutschrift. Noch dazu hat die Verkäuferin behauptet, dass ich auf die bunte Kombi bestanden habe - was gelogen ist. Hab sie mehrmals gefragt, ob man das so tragen kann. Fazit: uninteressierte, inkompetente, verlogenen Beratung und Filialleitung ohne Kundenservice!!! The saleswoman has rather cleared boxes as customers to advise and the advice was then also incompetent ... as read here, as if you were a customer bother. I do not understand traditional clothes and wanted to rely on the seller. At home I was unsure and got me from a professional advice, the comment: "if you are color blind, you can wear it" Wanted to give back the truth after 2 days due to the wrong advice, but would only get a credit. Then I have chosen a more suitable combination, even the remainder of 40 €, I have not paid despite intervention with the supervisor, but again only as a credit. In addition, the seller has claimed that I have insisted on the colorful station wagon - which is a lie. Have you asked several times, if you can wear it that way. Conclusion: uninterested, incompetent, hypocritical advice and branch management without customer service !!!

Hätte eine Lederhose für eine Hochzeit gebraucht aber die Beratung lässt demnach zu wünschen über ! Das Geschäft ist zwar schön aber um eine schöne Kniebund Hose zufinden ist man definitiv falsch hier, leider ! The clerk was very rude and said right the go inside, you'll find everything eh! Would have needed lederhosen for a wedding but the advice leaves a lot to be desired! The shop is nice but zufinden a beautiful Kniebundhose one is definitely wrong, alas!
