★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab immer wieder dort gekauft u. auch an immer weiter empfohlen, doch bei einem Materialfehler einer seeehr teuren Jeans gabs nicht mal eine Kulanzlösung... sehr schwach. Auf d. Satz "streicht mich aus d. Kartei", gabs nur ein "ok". Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
Have bought there again and again and also recommended to others, but if there was a material defect in a very expensive pair of jeans, there wasn't even a goodwill solution ... very weak. On d. Sentence "delete me from the card index", there was only one "ok". Customer service looks different.
