★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man konnte mir zwar keine Lösung anbieten, hatte auch den Eindruck das das Fachpersonal zum Teil überfordert war, war sicher auch dem sehr speziellen Problem geschuldet, aber das Bemühen mir zu helfen, war einfach großartig! Ein dickes Lob und 5 Sterne dafür!
 They couldn't offer me a solution, and I also had the impression that the specialist staff were partly overwhelmed, which was certainly also due to the very specific problem, but the effort to help me was just great! Kudos and 5 stars for that!
