★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern einen Hunde und Katzenschreck für 10,10 eus auf der Rechnung gehabt. Das Problem...wir haben den nicht gekauft. Trotz verspäteter Reklamation, wodurch eigentlich kein Rückerstattungsanspruch bestand, wurde der Lagerstand geprüft und siehe da, es war einer zu viel auf Stand. Geld zurück bekommen - super Kundenservice!!!!
Yesterday we had a dog and cat fright for 10.10 eus on the bill. The problem ... we didn't buy it. Despite a late complaint, which actually meant there was no right to reimbursement, the stock level was checked and lo and behold, there was one too many left. Get your money back - great customer service !!!!
