 I think it's just great that the 2G rules are now checked very carefully in front of the shop and a big bravo for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkäuferin und Verkäufer sind sehr freundlich und kompetent gute Beratung ,aber die Dame an der Kassa lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig ,sowas von unfreundlich habe ich noch nie erlebt . Beim nächsten Einkauf werde ich diese meiden oder ich hole gleich den Chef.
The saleswoman and seller are very friendly and competent, good advice, but the lady at the cash desk leaves a lot to be desired, I've never seen anything unfriendly. The next time I shop, I'll avoid them or I'll get the boss straight away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die ältere Frau mit den langen dünnen Haaren und mit Brille an der Kassa ist dermaßen unfreundlich und schlecht gelaunt. Da hat man als Kunde fast ein schlechtes Gewissen, wenn man sie "stört". So macht Einkaufen keinen Spaß und wir suchen uns eine Alternative zum Media Markt. Frustrierte Verkäufer sind ja selbst arm, aber die Kunden können da nichts dafür.
The older woman with long, thin hair and glasses at the cash desk is so unfriendly and in a bad mood. As a customer, you almost have a guilty conscience if you "disturb" them. So shopping is not fun and we are looking for an alternative to the Media Markt. Frustrated salespeople are poor themselves, but the customers can't help it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute in der Staubsauger Abteilung ,ich muss sagen diese junge Dame war so nett und hilfsbereit das man sich das von mehr Menschen wünschen würde ..
Deswegen 5 Sterne alleine wegen der Beratung .
I was in the vacuum cleaner department today, I have to say this young lady was so nice and helpful that you would wish more people to be like that..
That's why 5 stars for the advice alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von einem sehr guten Mitarbeiter beraten vor einigen Wochen und da muss ich einfach ein großes Lob rausgeben. Der Herr Kopic hat sich Zeit genommen und ist wirklich auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Ich wollte nur eine Waschmaschine, aber nach einer kompetenten Beratung hat er mich überzeugt, ebenfalls einen Trockner zu nehmen. Wirklich großes Lob.
I was advised by a very good employee a few weeks ago and I simply have to give a lot of praise. Mr. Kopic took his time and really listened to my needs. I only wanted a washing machine, but after competent advice, he convinced me to take a dryer as well. Really high praise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like a typical Media Markt, you seldomly find a clerk who is helping you without the need of atrracting the clerks attention. The professionalism of its clerks also differ greatly, some are excellent salespersons and know all important facts about the items sold in their department, some do not.
