Meldung an die Ärztekammer wäre angebracht.
Doctors / patients broken trust! More harm than help. Failed to listen. Thanks for the false report - actually you get there with confidence.
Reporting to the medical association would be appropriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pädagogen sind hilfreich und kompetent, doch wenn man das Kind nicht mehr in Therapie bringen kann aufgrund Zeitmangels wegen der Arbeit kann es passieren, das beim Jugendamt angerufen wird und man deswegen dort erscheinen muß, damit diese sich die eigene Seite anhören kann.
Mein Vertrauen in das Zentrum Langobardenstr. ist weg.
Educators are helpful and competent, but if you can not bring the child into therapy because of lack of time because of the work, it can happen, which is called at the youth welfare office and therefore must appear there so that they can listen to their own page.
My trust in the center Langobardenstr. is gone.

Zwar sind sie hoffnungslos ausgebucht im Bezug auf die Physiotherapie für Babys, jedoch war die Dame sehr freundlich und bemüht und hätte mir noch einen Termin gegeben. Sowas sieht man nicht überall. Also trotz der langen Wartezeit 5 Sterne.
I called the center about my son. Although they are hopelessly booked out in terms of physiotherapy for babies, but the lady was very friendly and hard-working and would have given me an appointment. Something you do not see everywhere. So despite the long wait 5 stars.
