D	Denise Linha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich mache bei Dr.Grünbeck jährlich meine Koloskopie und Gastroskopie und kann nur positives Berichten. Für das Vorgespräch nimmt er sich Zeit und hört dem Patienten zu. Nach der Untersuchung sieht er auch nach einem und gibt ein kurzes Update der Untersuchung. Auch das gesamte Team ist sehr bemüht, dass man sich von Beginn an wohl fühlt. Die Damen am Empfang begrüssen einen freundlich und sind bemüht einen geeigneten Termin zu finden. Schwester Erika und Schwester Sonja sind sehr einfühlsam, sie nehmen einem die Angst vor der Untersuchung und der Zugang ist schnell gesetzt und man schläft ein, wenn man dies möchte. Die Ordination ist auf dem neuesten Standard und man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und ist keine Nummer! Ich persönlich kann Dr. Grünbeck und sein Team wärmstens empfehlen und tue dies auch in meinem Freundes- und Bekanntenkreis. I do my colonoscopy and gastroscopy at Dr Grünbeck every year and can only report positive things. He takes time for the preliminary talk and listens to the patient. After the examination, he also looks after you and gives a brief update of the examination. The entire team also tries very hard to make you feel comfortable right from the start. The ladies at the reception greet you in a friendly manner and try to find a suitable date. Sister Erika and Sister Sonja are very empathetic, they take away the fear of the examination and access is set quickly and you fall asleep if you want to. The ordination is up to date and you feel that you are in good hands and are not a number! I personally can recommend Dr. Grünbeck and his team warmly recommend and do the same to my friends and acquaintances.

Keine angenehme Untersuchung (Magen/Darm), aber hier wird es einem möglichst angenehm gemacht. Ganz bestimmt wieder hier wenn es erforderlich ist!!!! Very great ordination! From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor: just great! Not a pleasant examination (stomach/intestines), but they make it as comfortable as possible here. Will definitely be back here if necessary!!!!
J	Johannes Stögner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte im Jahr 2021 einen Termin für Gastro- und Koloskopie da Verdacht auf MC CRP und Calprotectin stark erhöht, was auch der Arzt wusste. Nach der Untersuchung wurde mir gesagt das alles ok ist und es wahrscheinlich psychisch ist durch Stress usw.. Habe dann den Arzt gewechselt weil ich die Schmerzen nicht mehr ausgehalten habe. Der sagt mir das der Arzt das Ileum nicht Untersucht wurde. Was das wichtigste ist bei MC. Mein Dünndarm war beim Kollabieren und es hätte in einer Notoperation enden können. Im Nachhinein habe ich nachgefragt ob das Ileum wirklich nicht Untersucht wurde. Mir wurde mitgeteilt dass es nicht funktioniert hat. Soll ja mal passieren aber dann sollte man es auch sagen und keine Falschaussage machen und meinen es ist alles in Ordnung. Had an appointment for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy in 2021 because of the increased suspicion of MC CRP and calprotectin, which the doctor also knew. After the examination I was told that everything was ok and that it was probably psychological due to stress etc. I then switched doctors because I couldn't stand the pain anymore. He tells me that the doctor didn't examine the ileum. What is most important at MC. My small intestine was collapsing and it could have ended in emergency surgery. Afterwards I asked if the ileum was really not examined. I was told it didn't work. It's supposed to happen, but then you should say it and not make any false statements and think everything is fine.

Moreover, the medical crew, as well as office managers are very kind, helpful and well qualified. Great bonus was the office manager, who speaks not only Deutsch, but can also great speaks Russian and Ukrainian. With this team the most scary and delicate procedures were easy and non-stress for me. PS: sedation was included in price.
