★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schlechtere Firma gibt es meiner Meinung nach nicht. Viele Mitarbeiterinnen sind unprofessionell (eingeschult) und somit vertreten sie das Bild der Firma . Diese sogenannte "Mitarbeiterinnen" geben dir entweder nicht vernünftige oder gar keine Antwort oder noch besser sie legen dir beim Telefonat einfach auf.
Mir tut der Geschäftsinhaber und alle Wohnungsinhaber schon leid.
Wenn man sich aussuchen kann zwischen dieser "Hausverwaltung" und eine andere. Ich würde sofort eine andere nehmen.
P.S.: Unter "gesetzeskonform" verstehe ich was anderes.
In my opinion, there is no worse company. Many employees are unprofessional (trained) and thus they represent the image of the company. These so-called "employees" either do not give you a sensible answer or no answer at all, or even better, they simply hang up on you during the phone call.
I feel sorry for the business owner and all the apartment owners.
If you can choose between this "property management" and another. I would take another one right away.
P.S .: By "compliant with the law" I mean something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not know that their work is to provide service to clients.They act like they are doing a great favor to communicate with you. Arrogant, unfriendly, never answer, never call back. Horrible experience. Still holding part of my deposit without any explanations.
