Die Mitarbeiter können Gesetzwidrige Handlungen vorzunehmen ,weil ein Stellvertreter von Fundservice wollte mich verarschen!!Ich habe einen Fahrrad gefunden , aber Stellvertreter hat verweigert mich als Finder registrieren mit frei erfundene Begründungen. Er meinte, dass ich selbst das Fahrrad zum Fundservice bringen müsste, erst dann bin ich ein Finder. Ich musste eine Beschwerde bei Verwaltungsgericht Wien einbringen ,erst dann sie waren einverstanden dass ich ein Finder bin! I can call lost and found service incompetent. Employees can commit illegal acts because a representative from Lost & Found wanted to kid me! I found a bike, but the representative refused to register me as a finder with fictitious reasons. He said that I would have to bring the bike to the lost property service myself, only then would I be a finder. I had to file a complaint with the Vienna Administrative Court, only then did they agree that I was a finder!

Das Personal war nett, schnell und kompetent. My son lost his wallet and within a few days we had a letter from the lost property service in the mailbox. Everything went smoothly. The staff was nice, quick and competent.

B	Beatrix Janca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Termin um 11 Uhr im Fundbüro Bei einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame Im Handel würde sie bei diesem Ton nicht überleben!!!! Aber vielleicht auch schon Pensionsreif.? Also Achtung bissig Had an appointment at 11 a.m. at the lost property office With a very unfriendly lady In trade it would not survive with this tone !! But maybe already ready for retirement.? So be careful
K	K. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem freundlicher Herr am Telefon, sofortiger Termin sogar im Lockdown - lustig war er auch. Kosten für eine Verlustanzeige sind 2,10€ und man bekommt am Telefon ein Kennwort für den Termin. Beim Bezirksmagistrat war ich 3 Stunden in der Warteschleife, wurde 5 Mal "weitergeleitet" und 4 mal hat's einfach "von selber" aufgelegt. Wer also eine Verlustanzeige braucht sollte hier anrufen. Hab vor ein paar Jahren meinen Führerschein verloren, hab einen Brief bekommen dass jemand meinen Führerschein abgegeben hat (danke du Ehrenfrau/Ehrenmann), bin hin und hab ihn abgeholt - alles problemlos und schnell. Es gibt auch eine Datenbank die online durchsuchbar ist. Super Service! Extremely friendly gentleman on the phone, immediate appointment even in lockdown - he was funny too. The cost of reporting a loss is € 2.10 and you get a password for the appointment on the phone. At the district magistrate I was on hold for 3 hours, was "forwarded" 5 times and 4 times it simply hung up "by itself". So if you need a loss report, you should call here. I lost my driver's license a few years ago, got a letter that someone had handed in my driver's license (thank you, honorable lady / gentleman), I went and picked it up - everything was quick and easy. There is also a database that is searchable online. Super Service!

Danke für das tolle Service, hätte auch gerne den Finder entlohnt. I lost my registration certificate without noticing it (therefore no loss report was made) A few days later I received a letter from the central lost property service with the registration certificate. Thanks for the great service, I would also have liked to reward the finder.
