Gesagt getan, die Dame am Telefon war sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider war es nicht mein Schlüssel, die Dame hat mit meinen Hinweisen weiter gesucht, und wieder einen Schlüssel gefunden der hätte passen können. Zwar leider auch nicht meiner, aber dafür kann die Mitarbeiterin nicht. Ein toller Service mit einer ganz tollen Mitarbeiterin. Leider habe ich mir den Namen nicht gemerkt. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Hilfe!!!!! The online site is great for entering your lost item. A hit would have been good, you should call. No sooner said than done, the lady on the phone was very, very friendly and tried hard. Unfortunately, it was not my key, the lady continued to search with my clues and found a key that could have fit. Unfortunately not mine either, but the employee can't help it. Hat noch einer Frage von mir wie lang der Code den sein solle (3stellig wie ich dann beim netten Telefon Kundenservice erfahren habe), patzig und wie ein 4 Jähriges Kleinkind geantwortet, Zitat:,, Ja dann haben sie wohl kein Termin tschüss'' und dannach kam dann nichts mehr. Also sehr unfreundlich Dame... Extremely unfriendly lady at the intercom. Got another question from me about how long the code should be (3-digit as I then found out from the nice phone customer service), snotty and answered like a 4 year old toddler, quote: "Yes, then you probably don't have an appointment bye" and then nothing more came. So very rude lady ...

Ein freundlicher Herr vom Sicherheitsdienst begleitet einen zum Eingang vom Fundbüro, wartet davor, um einen nach dem Termin wieder hinaus zu begleiten. Schade, dass die Dame im Fundbüro so unfreundlich war. Sie hat offenbar eine panische Angst vor Viren, die über oder durch die Glastrennwand und durch ihre Maske dringen könnten. Als ich zwecks Erkundung der Geschäftszahl des Fundgegenstands für wenige Sekunden die Maske herunterzog, damit am Handy die Gesichtserkennung aktiviert wird, ging sie mich ungehalten an, dass wenn ich nicht sofort die Maske oben lass, eine Strafe zahlen muss. Man kann es auch übertreiben… Kopfschüttel Interesting insight into the central lost and found office. When I pulled down the mask for a few seconds to find out the transaction number of the found item so that face recognition would be activated on the cell phone, she angrily told me that if I didn't leave the mask up immediately, I would have to pay a fine. You can also overdo it... shakes head
