Der alte Firmen Sitz im 3. Bezirk ist ja schon, echt ne "Ruine" gewesen. Sehr gute Entscheidung in das neue Gebäude zu wechseln. Can only have the experience regarding the training. Very pleasant training rooms that are also air-conditioned. Lecturers also very good. The old company headquarters in the 3rd district has already been a "ruin". Very good decision to move to the new building.

I am a teacher and I was always helped so super friendly there! The employees are very friendly and explain things well and competently.
R	Rudolf Ruppitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puh, voll daneben gegangen. Wie habe ich gestaunt, wie da vor einiger Zeit die online-Anmeldung inkl. Termindokumentation für alle (!) Impfungen kam. Günstige Impfungen mit kompetenter Beratung und noch dazu online den Termin reservieren können. Super. Irgendwie fehlte noch das "Überdrüber" der Verständigung, wann der nächste Impftermin nach Impfplan fällig gewesen wäre. Oder war das nicht eh auch vorhanden? Ja richtig: WAR! Gibts nämlich nicht mehr. Jetzt läuft eine mega "Zwangsübersiedelung" zum Stadt Konto "Mein Wien". Leider voll daneben gegangen. Kein Zugriff mehr auf die bisherigen Seiten inkl. den dort vorhandenen Daten. Fehlermeldungen um Fehlermeldungen. Offenbar keine Qualitätskontrolle und das bei diesem Umfang. Und der Support? Beschwerdemanagement wird verstanden, aber so, dass man den Kunden vertröstet und um weitere Information ersucht. Was soll ich bekannt geben, wenn da offenbar jemand nicht bereit ist, die Hausaufgaben zu machen? Und zurück in die Steinzeit: Terminreservierung per Telefon. Sorry MA 01. Nicht der eine Stern der Bewertung ist gerechtfertigt. Phew, completely wrong. I was amazed at how the online registration including appointment documentation for all (!) Vaccinations came up some time ago. Inexpensive vaccinations with competent advice and also being able to reserve an appointment online. Super. Somehow the "tiredness" of the communication was missing when the next vaccination appointment according to the vaccination schedule would have been due. Or wasn't that also there anyway? Yes, right: WAS! It doesn't exist anymore. Now there is a mega "forced relocation" to the city account "My Vienna". Unfortunately completely wrong. No more access to the previous pages including the data available there. Error messages to error messages. Apparently no quality control and that with this extent. And the support? Complaint management is understood, but in such a way that the customer is put off and asked for further information. What should I announce if someone is apparently unwilling to do their homework? And back to the Stone Age: make an appointment reservation by phone. Sorry MA 01. Not one star of the rating is justified.
