Auch ziehen und strecken macht es nicht größer.Schade, wir bestellen etwas in Östereich und dann so etwas.... Description does not match the ordered and actually delivered product. Also pull and stretch does not make it bigger. Sorry, we order something in Austria and then something ....

Ich mag den Shop wahnsinnig gerne, weil ich immer etwas finde ... ehrlich, auch wenn ich gar nichts brauche. Vor allem die Schnäppchen sind oft ein Wahnsinn. Sehr zu empfehlen! Super und kompetente Beratung. Auch der neue, zwar kleinere Showroom ist sehr cool geworden. Weiter so! World class shop! I go before every festival like Easter or Christmas or of course in between. I really like the shop because I always find something ... honestly, even if I don't need anything. The bargains in particular are often insane. We recommend! Super and competent advice. The new, smaller showroom has also become very cool. Keep it up!

Mich bediente ein Herr, der sehr kompetent und kreativ war, mir mit vielen Tipps und Inspirationen weiter geholfen hat. Zwei Damen waren an der Kassa beschäftigt. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass beim Kassieren ein massiver Zeitverlust passierte, da offensichtlich das Kassensystem extrem veraltet und ineffizient ist. Eine der Damen bemühte sich den Ablauf so schnell wie möglich abzuwickelnden, und entschuldigte sich dafür, dass es etwas länger dauert. Vielleicht sollte man mal in ein neues Kassensystem investieren,und auch in der Weihnachtszeit über etwas mehr Personal nachdenken, dann würde auch vieles schneller gehen. Sehr ärgerlich finde ich auch, dass in ihrem Katalog nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, dass viele Artikel nur auf Bestellung verfügbar sind. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte, kann ich Zaruba nur weiter empfehlen. First of all I would like to praise your employees. Unfortunately, I had to realize that there was a massive loss of time when cashing because the cash register system is obviously extremely outdated and inefficient. One of the ladies tried the process like this settled as quickly as possible, and apologized for it takes a little longer. Maybe you should invest in a new POS system, and also in would think about a little more staff at Christmas time, then that would also go much faster. I also find it very annoying that their catalog does not mention that many items are only available to order. Despite the small criticisms, I can only recommend Zaruba.
N	Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht einmal einen Stern würde ich vergeben! Seit Zaruba wieder in dem alten Gebäude sitzt, ist die Auswahl einfach nur ein Witz. Die Artikel, die im Katalog angeboten werden, sind nicht mal ausgestellt und auch nicht erhältlich bzw. schon ausverkauft?! Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und verdrehen schon die Augen, wenn man eine Frage stellt oder Hilfe braucht. Und dann kommt noch die Krönung.. beim Kassieren warten man ewig, da jede Artikelnummer per Hand eingeben wird (angeblich haben sie keinen Scanner mehr). Und da man dort meistens in größeren Mengen einkauft, kann es sich um Stunden handeln. Vor allem wenn eine zweite Kassiererin nicht auffindbar ist. Wirklich schade! I wouldn't even award a star! Since Zaruba is back in the old building, the selection has been just a joke. The items that are offered in the catalog are not even on display and not available or already sold out ?! The staff are rude and roll their eyes when you ask a question or need help. And then there is the coronation .. when you checkout you have to wait forever because every item number is entered by hand (supposedly they no longer have a scanner). And since you usually buy in large quantities there, it can be hours. Especially when a second cashier cannot be found. A real shame!
B	Birgit Passler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Verkleinerung hat gut getan - alles ist viel übersichtlicher. Was nicht ausgestellt ist, wird oft aus dem Lager geholt bzw. zur Ansicht geordert. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. Vor allem geben sie tolle Tipps! Und wenn sie nicht weiterwissen wird der Chef kontaktiert. Am meisten gefällt mir, dass ich vor Ort so viele Dekotipps erhalte (optisch und von Menschen). Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen vorbeizuschauen oder im Internet zu auf die Seite zu schauen. The downsizing was good - everything is much clearer. What is not on display is often taken from the warehouse or ordered for viewing. The staff work very hard. Above all, they give great tips! And if they don't know what to do, the boss will be contacted. What I like most is that I get so many decoration tips on site (visually and from people). I can only recommend everyone to have a look or to take a look at the website.
