Wenn man zumindest einen Anrufbeantworter hätte welcher sagt derzeit geschlossen oder Urlaub, krank oder sonst was. Weder an der Tür ist irgendetwas beschriftet. Unseriös. Nicht zum empfehlen On an opening day like Monday 11:00, nobody picks up the phone. Nobody there either. Typical Jugo. If you had at least one answering machine which says currently closed or vacation, sick or whatever. There is nothing labeled on the door. Untrustworthy. Not to be recommended
N	Nelly Sma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht zu empfehlen aufgrund mangelnder Kompetenz: der Knochenabbau wurde nicht erwähnt ( Habe sogar auf mein Zahnfleischbluten hingewiesen und explizit nachgefragt). Sie meinte sogar alles wäre in bester Ordnung. Ein Monat später bin ich zu meiner Zahnärztin gegangen. Ihr fiel es sofort auf(ohne Nachfrage). Frau Dr. ILIC hat mir einen Retainer im Oberkiefer eingesetzt. Sie tat sich dabei sehr schwer, war anfangs bemüht, verlor aber bald die Nerven und meinte es würde nicht funktionieren. Als ich erwähnte, dass davor ein Retainer war, machte sie weiter. Sie hat meinen gesunden Zahn im unteren Kiefer geschliffen (ohne mich zu fragen oder es zu erwähnen) damit ich auf den Retainer nicht darauf beisse. Weiters wurde sie immer genervter, da ich Sagte, dass ich den Retainer noch immer spüre beim beissen und meinte ich würde ja immer anders beissen. Als ich rausgegangen bin sah ich draußen im Spiegel, dass ich sogar eine Lücke habe. Ich sagte es ihr noch. Sie meinte, ich hätte die davor auch schon gehabt und drehte sich schnell wieder um und machte die Tür zu. Dabei war das von Anfang an der Grund warum ich einen Retainer einsetzte ( wurde mit ihr so besprochen). Eine Mundhygiene hat sie selbst gemacht und hat die Pollierung ganz ausgelassen. Schlechteste Erfahrung bei einer Zahnärztin. Mir persönlich ist egal woher sie kommt und auch ob sie freundlich ist, solange sie ihre Arbeit gut macht. Aber falls jemand eine nette Ärztin sucht, würde ich mich woanders umschauen. Während der Behandlung hat sie auch die Assistentin auf ihre "schlechte" Arbeit hingewiesen. Unfortunately not to be recommended due to a lack of competence: the bone resorption was not mentioned (I even pointed out my bleeding gums and asked explicitly). She even said everything was fine. A month later I went to my dentist. She noticed it immediately (without asking). Miss Dr. ILIC used a retainer in my upper jaw. She found it very difficult, at first tried hard, but soon lost her nerve and said it would not work. When I mentioned that there was a retainer in front of it, she continued. She grinded my healthy tooth in the lower jaw (without asking me or mentioning it) so that I wouldn't bite on the retainer. Furthermore, she became more and more annoyed, because I said that I still feel the retainer when biting and said I would always bite differently. When I went out I saw in the mirror outside that I even have a gap. I still told her. She said I had the one before and quickly turned around and closed the door. That was the reason why I used a retainer from the beginning (was discussed with her). She did some oral hygiene herself and left out the polishing entirely. Worst experience with a dentist. Personally, I don't care where she's from or whether she's friendly, as long as she does her job well. But if someone is looking for a nice doctor, I would look elsewhere. During the treatment she also pointed out her "bad" work to the assistant.
B	Bianca Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiß gar nicht was ich sagen soll, ein Traum von Ärztin. Habe sehr schnell einen Termin mit meiner Tochter bekommen. Durch schlechte Erfahrungen, hat die Fr. Doktor es geschafft, dass sie sich alleine am Sessel sitzt. Sehr einfühlsam und gibt dem Kind Zeit zum verstehen was passiert und erklärt jeden Schritt. Auch das loben, kommt nicht zu kurz.Der Zahn wurde ohne großen Drama gezogen und meine 8 jährige ist sehr stolz auf sich. Genau so soll ein Zahnarzt Besuch sein. Vielen lieben Dank dafür :) I don't even know what to say, a dream of a doctor. Got an appointment with my daughter very quickly. Due to bad experiences, Ms. Doctor has managed to sit in the armchair by herself. Very empathetic and gives the child time to understand what is happening and explains every step. Praise that, too, is not neglected: the tooth was pulled without much drama and my 8-year-old is very proud of herself. This is exactly how a visit to the dentist should be. Thank you very much for that :)
