M	Manuela Stummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team und die Zahnärztin sind weitgehend freundlich. Leider hat das Lachgas bei unserem Sohn nicht funktioniert und auch von anderen Patienten habe ich dies bereits gehört. Mein Sohn (damals noch 3 Jahre) wurde leider auch gegen seinen Willen festgehalten und uns wurde dann zu einer Vollnarkose geraten, obwohl dies weitaus nicht nötig war. Das festhalten kann durchaus liebevoll erdolegen, falls nötig, aber ich musste einschreiten, weil dies leider eher brutal war. Und ich mir nicht vorstellen kann, dass dies für irgendjemanden angenehm ist. Wir haben bei einer anderen Zahnärztin alles in den Griff bekommen- ohne Narkose und auch ohne Fernseher ;) und ohne dem besagtem Lachgas. Bei mir selber wurde in 5 min ein Kostenvoranschlag, für 35! Euro erstellt, ohne Röntgen. Beim Einholen einer Zweitmeinung war die Überraschung gross, den es gehört bei mir nicht wirklich was gemacht und der Voranschlag belief sich auf 1400 Euro?!?! Ok. Alles in Allem- gute Geschäftsidee mit leider etwas Erfahrungsmangel seitens der Ärtztin. Aber vielleicht wird das ja auch noch. Gut Ding braucht Weile und es kann sich ja auch jeder aussuchen wo er hin geht. The team and the dentist are largely friendly. Unfortunately, the nitrous oxide didn't work for our son and I've heard this from other patients as well. My son (at that time still 3 years old) was unfortunately also held against his will and we were then given general anesthesia, although this was far from necessary. Holding on can be loving if necessary, but I had to intervene because it was unfortunately rather brutal. And I can’t imagine that this is comfortable for anyone. We got everything under control at another dentist - without anesthesia and also without a television;) and without the laughing gas. For myself, an estimate was made in 5 minutes, for 35! Euro created without X-ray. When getting a second opinion, the surprise was big, because I didn't really do what and the estimate was 1400 euros?!?! OK. All in all- good business idea with unfortunately a little lack of experience on the part of the doctor. But maybe it will. Good things take time and everyone can choose where to go.

Die Praxis ist schön und modern, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nie warten müssen und kam immer pünktlich dran. Sehr zu empfehlen! Miss Dr. Passrucker takes time for the customer, you can tell, and that's important to me. The practice is nice and modern, the staff very friendly and accommodating. I have never had to wait and always came on time. We recommend!

Meine Tochter ist kein einfacher Fall ? aber Dr Tranninger erklärt alles geduldig, der Umgang mit den Kindern ist einfach super. Dafür nehmen wir gerne die etwas weitere Anfahrt in Kauf. Always friendly team and we never had to wait long. My daughter is not a simple case ? but Dr Tranninger explains everything patiently, dealing with the kids is just great. Great dental practice, especially for children. Very friendly and accommodating. The children are in very good hands here and feel good.
