Da Frau Dr.Mayr wirklich einfühlsam und geduldig ist, war auch der Zahnarztbesuch mit einem Kleinkind kein Problem. Great, competent doctor and very friendly staff! Since Dr.Mayr is really sensitive and patient, even visiting the dentist with a small child was not a problem.

Ich arbeite selber als Zahnarztassistentin und kenne gewisse Bemerkungen .. Als ich bei meinem letztem Termin eine halbe Stunde zu früh da war weil ich einfach gut durchgekommen bin, aus Gastein nach Bischofshofen, (mir war klar das ich warten muss) wurde ich an der Rezeption erstmal feinstens ignoriert.. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte zu der jungen Assistentin schnippisch: Oiso sowos vasteh i oafoch nid und werd i nia vasteh ! und hat die Augen überollt.. danach hat die Dame wiederwillig meine e-card genommen und gesagt: zum woatn is hoid des is da eh kloa ?! .. Nach meiner Wartezeit wurde ich aufgerufen und war dann weitere 10 Minuten allein im Behandlungsraum.. Fr. Dr. Mayr kam und erklärte mir, dass man meinen Zahn ziehen muss.. kein problem .. es war jedoch eine schwere Extraktion, da mein Zahn feststeckte und beim extrahieren gebrochen ist.. nach heftigem herumziehen gelang es irgendwann das der Zahn draussen war .. Fr. Dr. Mayr war sichtlich erschöpft. Ich hatte natürlich Schmerzen aber mir wurde nicht gut zugesprochen oder mal eine Pause gemacht .. ich weiß nicht ob es daran lag das ich selber Zahnarztassistentin bin aber es hat mir keiner gesagt was nach der Extraktion zu tun ist oder wie ich die Wunde behandeln soll .. mir fehlte das Zwischenmenschliche.. beruigende Worte oder guter Zuspruch.. ich persönlich fühlte mich nicht wohl .. das war auch mein letzter Besuch vor einem Jahr I was 3 times in the ordination of Dr. Mayr and I felt more uncomfortable with every visit .. I work as a dental assistant myself and know certain comments .. When I was there half an hour early for my last appointment because I just got through well, from Gastein to Bischofshofen (I was clear that I have to wait) I was ignored at the reception at first. The lady at the reception said snippy to the young assistant: Oiso sowos vasteh i oafoch nid and I'll nia vasteh! and rolled her eyes.. then the lady reluctantly took my e-card and said: to woatn is hoid des is da eh kloa ?! .. After my waiting time, I was called and was then alone in the treatment room for another 10 minutes. Mayr came and explained to me that my tooth had to be extracted.. no problem.. but it was a difficult extraction because my tooth got stuck and broke while being extracted.. after vigorous pulling around, the tooth finally came out.. Fr .Dr. Mayr was visibly exhausted. Of course I was in pain, but I wasn't encouraged or given a break.. I don't know if it was because I'm a dental assistant myself, but nobody told me what to do after the extraction or how to treat the wound. .. I missed the interpersonal.. reassuring words or good encouragement.. personally I didn't feel well.. that was also my last visit a year ago
