Very rarely had a conversation with the ÖGK in Bischofshofen, but are actually always rude and extremely unhelpful ... a shame You don't even want to call.

Trotz sehr starken Zahnschmerzen bekommt man keinen Termin (auch wenn man schon sehr lange Kunde ist). Kann mMn nicht weiterempfohlen werden. Very poor service, if not the worst I've ever seen in a doctor. Despite a very severe toothache, you don't get an appointment (even if you've been a customer for a long time). Cannot be recommended to mMn.

Das Personal kann auch nur arbeiten und nicht zaubern. I have been a client in the dental clinic for a long time and couldn't report anything bad. Always served politely and correctly. The staff can only work and not do magic.
