Grundsätzlich habe ich das Gefühl, dass sich ohnehin keiner auskennt bzw keiner zuständig ist ...
wenn man dann 3 Mal um Rückruf bittet, etliche Male um Kleinigkeiten anfragen muss und einfach NICHTS bzw ALLES FALSCH erledigt wird!!
Wie soll man da bitte ruhig bleiben? Vor allem, weil der Service ja richtig günstig ist!
Grundsätzlich finde ich Raiffeisen richtig gut, aber diese Filiale kann man leider nicht empfehlen!

Basically, I have the feeling that nobody knows anything or that nobody is responsible anyway ...
if you then ask 3 times to call back, have to inquire several times for little things and simply NOTHING or EVERYTHING IS WRONG done!
How can you stay calm there? Especially because the service is really cheap!
Basically, I think Raiffeisen is really good, but unfortunately this branch cannot be recommended!
