★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unternehmen hat im Zuge eines Fenstertauschs/Generalsanierung in unserer Siedlung Rollos montiert, hat aus unserer Sicht gut geklappt.
Daher die Jalousie am Balkon ebenso dort angefragt. Unternehmen scheint aber mit den Großaufträgen genug zu haben, die "kleine" Anfrage scheint nicht von Interesse zu sein.
Hätten einen Termin zur Vermessung vereinbart, 15 Minuten nach vereinbarten Zeitfenster angerufen, ob noch wer kommt. Bekamen einen Rückruf, dass der Techniker angeblich 2 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit da war uns mich angerufen hätte?
Angebote wurde dann aufgrund einer angeblichen Vermessung um die Hälfte mehr Fläche und in einer anderen Konfiguration als angefragt, keine Beratung.
Eine Bitte um Angebotskorrektur wurde nicht beantwortet. Haben jetzt bei einem anderen Anbieter beauftragt. Dann viel Glück mit den Großaufträgen
The company installed roller blinds in the course of a window replacement / general refurbishment in our settlement, and from our point of view it worked out well.
Therefore the blinds on the balcony were also requested there. However, the company seems to have had enough with the large orders; the "small" request does not seem to be of interest.
Had made an appointment for the measurement, called 15 minutes after the agreed time window to see if who was coming. Did you get a call back that the technician was supposedly there 2 minutes before the agreed time and had called me?
Offers were then due to an alleged measurement of half more space and in a different configuration than requested, no advice.
A request to correct the offer was not answered. Have now contracted with another provider. Then good luck with the large orders
