★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung mangelnde optische Qualität!
Neue Führungsschienen wurden für Rolläden montiert, weil die alten beschädigt waren. Die neuen weisen optische Mängel auf (siehe Fotos). Laut Firma Hella ist alles in der Norm und somit in Ordnung. Keine Kulanz keine Entschuldigung. Nichts.
 Attention lack of optical quality!
New guide rails were installed for roller shutters because the old ones were damaged. The new ones have visual defects (see photos). According to the Hella company, everything is normal and therefore in order. No goodwill no apologies. Nothing.
