 After a few bad experiences, the customer service (response time, friendliness, etc.) has improved in my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor Service, Only Services that they have is Hotline that 90% none will answer you, if they Answer don't expect that they Speak English. If you don't Understand They will Hang the call easily and don't gave you chance to Speak more.
Very disappointed.

I bought 2 times unlimited internet through their online system kontomanager and both times it turned out that I didn't receive internet but other service. When I contacted the customer service they simply lied that I haven't bought the unlimited internet even though I forwarded them screenshots and provided them with all PUK and pin codes so they check it at their side.
Stay away from these guys, they are robbers.
