★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Stunden sind sehr abwechslungsreich, die Trainer sehr bemüht, das Studio ist sauber und schön minimalistisch eingerichtet. Auch der Kundenservice ist top. Mein 10er Block wurde mir corona- und krankheitsbedingt sogar zweimal verlängert.
 The lessons are very varied, the trainers try very hard, the studio is clean and nicely decorated in a minimalist way. The customer service is also great. My block of 10 was even extended twice due to corona and illness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I surely recommend One Yoga. First of all, because of the professors, all of them very friendly, attentive, well-prepared, and supportive. Moreover, the facilities and the location for me are excellent. And also, considering that my german is not fluent yet, all of you speak English, what for me it's a plus, especially in Vienna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello! I've signed up for a trial month and went to the first class of easy flow and loved it!! As I'm not a huuuuuge fan of yoga, I've tried so many times and quit, this class I loved because it has elements of yoga but it's focused on stretching all the body! Great thoughtful moves! Lovely instructor! The reason for one star less is that I wish they had classes for the English speaking people, I think it would be so much more enjoyable if I understood and not having to constantly look front and back to see what people are doing next (when you are in a certain position and cannot see the instructor who is giving directions in German). And also, maybe it would be helpful to have advanced registration because the room was big and completely full. Otherwise, great yoga!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average teacher skill level at one yoga is quite low, if you are looking for beginner or yin, great. Anything else it’s better to find another studio.
