S	Susanna Frankl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo!! Also als ich beim Erstenmal mein Auto in der Werkstatt hatte bekam ich einen Fragebogen zum Ausfüllen. Diesen habe ich auch ausgefüllt und weggeschickt! da etwas zu bemängeln war habe ich das natürlich auch so bewertet. Danach bekam ich keine Fragebögen mehr!! Deswegen schreibe ich es hier. Das gekaufte Auto ist direkt dort neu bestellt worden und auch alle Services sind immer bei dieser Werkstat durchgeführt worden.(Leider nicht wirklich zu meiner Zufriedenheit). Denn jedesmal nach einem Werstatt-aufenthalt ist etwas anderes beschädigt gewesen. Ja Sie tauschen es dann eventuell aus, aber ich muss trotzdem immer ein zweitesmal hin! Und wenn er außen gereinigt wird, ist vom Spiegel weg nach Unten immer ein weißer Strich. Lt Aussage der Mitarbeiter ist es nicht schädlich für den Lack! Ich warte jetzt schon seit über einer Woche auf einen Rückruf der mir versprochen wurde!! Ich weiss bis heute nicht ob eine Abdeckung bei der Beifahrerseite unten sein soll oder nicht. Fest steht,dass der Filter heraus hing und ich somit überhaupt mal wusste das da ein Filter versteckt ist!! Also wenn man sich ein Auto kauft, muss man vorher eine Schulung besuchen um zu wissen wo sich alle Abdeckungen und sonstiger Schnickschnack befindet!! Da ich vorher schon einen Skoda hatte habe ich mir wieder einen Skoda eingebildet. Der Lack, (wurde mir jetzt nach 3 1/2 Jahren gesagt nicht bei Bestellung) ist in der Standardausführung sehr anfällig auf Kratzter! Hätte ich das bei Bestellung erfahren, hätte ich aufgezahlt! Und es wird mein nächstes Auto sichlich kein Skoda oder VW!! Vielleicht empfinde ich es falsch, aber je größer eine Firma wird, umso weniger wird auf Qualität geachtet. Hello!! So when I had my car in the workshop the first time I got a questionnaire to fill out. I also filled it out and sent it away! Since there was something to complain about, I of course rated it that way. After that I didn't get any more questionnaires !! That's why I'm writing it here. The purchased car was reordered directly there and all services were always carried out at this workshop (unfortunately not really to my satisfaction). Because every time after a stay in Werstatt something different has been damaged. Yes, you might then exchange it, but I always have to go back a second time! And when it is cleaned on the outside, there is always a white line downwards away from the mirror. According to the employees, it is not harmful to the paintwork! I've been waiting for a callback that I was promised for over a week now! To this day I do not know whether a cover should be down on the passenger side or not. What is certain is that the filter was hanging out and I even knew that a filter was hidden there! So if you buy a car, you have to attend a training course beforehand so that you know where all the covers and other bells and whistles are! Since I already had a Skoda before, I imagined a Skoda again. The paint (I was told after 3 1/2 years not when ordering) is very susceptible to scratches in the standard version! If I had found out when I placed my order, I would have paid for it! And my next car will definitely not be a Skoda or a VW! Maybe I feel it wrong, but the bigger a company gets, the less attention is paid to quality.

Kenne keine besser organisierte Werkstatt. Very friendly, great service, competent and professional. I've been a customer for 14 years and have always been satisfied! Prompt service also in Vienna with a replacement vehicle. I don't know of a better organized workshop.
