Nachtrag vom 5.2.22
Es wurde vom Kaufvertrag zurückgetreten und wir warten seit 1,5 Monaten auf unser Geld. Nach 100 mal anrufen werden wir immer vertröstet, habe bestimmt schon 5 Arbeitsstunden mit telefonieren beschäftigt, damit wir unser Geld erhalten. Anwalt wird nun eingeschaltet!
Hauptrezession:
Haben eine Wohnwand gekauft welche lagernd sein sollte, das war sie nicht. Uns wurde angeboten 12 Wochen zu warten und eine Neue zu bekommen oder in 3-4 Wochen ein Ausstellungsstück geliefert bekommen.
Haben uns für das Ausstellungstück entscheiden, welches nach 6 Wochen endlich geliefert wurde, nachdem wir 5 mal angerufen haben, wann es endlich kommt. Die Wohnwand wurde nur in Luftpolsterfolie eingepackt irgendwo bei der Lieferkette so beschädigt, dass wir es gerade wieder zurück geschickt haben. Die Lieferanten konnten nicht mal Deutsch und wir mussten das Reklamationsschreiben sogar selbst ausfüllen. Bei der Lieferung wurden dann sämtliche Türrahmen beschädigt. Eine Frechheit.
Nie wieder XXXLUTZ.
Hoffen jetzt nur das wir das Geld zurück bekommen und die Türrahmen werden entschädigt.

Addendum from 5.2.22
It was withdrawn from the purchase contract and we have been waiting for our money for 1.5 months. After calling 100 times we are always put off, I've probably already spent 5 working hours on the phone so that we get our money. Lawyer is now involved!
major recession:
Bought a wall unit that was supposed to be in stock, it wasn't. We were offered to wait 12 weeks and get a new one or have an exhibit delivered in 3-4 weeks.
We opted for the display item which was finally delivered after 6 weeks after calling 5 times when it was finally coming. The wall unit was only wrapped in bubble wrap and was so damaged somewhere in the supply chain that we just sent it back. The suppliers couldn't even speak German and we even had to fill out the complaint letter ourselves. All door frames were then damaged during delivery. An impudence.
Never again XXXLUTZ.
Now just hoping that we get the money back and the door frames are compensated.
