Durch die spitzen und fachliche Beratung von Margit habe eine Küche und das passende Esszimmer für mich gefunden. Nun ist alles eingebaut und ich bin überglücklich . Die Männer von der Montage waren spitze. Es ist genau so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Super Qualität und wunderschönes Design und einfach perfekt. Das Esszimmer in Holz und Lederoptik machen das ganze perfekt. Ich möchte nochmals herzlich bei allen bedanken und freue nich aufs Kochen und genießen. Thanks to the excellent and professional advice from Margit, I found a kitchen and the right dining room for me. Now everything is built in and I am overjoyed. The assembly men were great. It is exactly like I've imagined. Super quality and beautiful design and just perfect. The dining room in wood and leather look make the whole thing perfect. Wir hatten eine exzellente Beratung durch Susanne! Very nice furniture store with a wide range of furniture and accessories, plus a nice bistro with great service and good menu! Auf meine Nachfrage erklärte man mir in sehr arroganter Art , es zähle NUR der Preis an der Kasse !! Es wäre eben eine PREISERHÖHUNG gewesen.... Ich habe in den letzten 4 Wochen über 3000,- Euro in diesem Geschäft gelassen ... Aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Möbelhäuser ! Es geht nicht um die 15 Euro ! Es geht um das arrogante Gehabe Ihre Geschäftsleitung ...??? Die Dame hat sich nicht vorgestellt ...... Unfortunately not very customer-friendly! Item bought, discovered at home for 45.90, which shows 29.90 on the inside of the price sticker. When I asked, they explained to me in a very arrogant way that ONLY the price at the cash register counts! It would have been a PRICE INCREASE ... In the last 4 weeks I left over 3000 euros in this shop ... But there are other furniture stores too! It's not about the 15 euros! It's about the arrogant behavior of your management ... ??? The lady did not introduce herself ......

Aber nach der Bezahlung im " GESCHÄFT" verloren ging. Bekommt weder das Geld noch die Ware erstattet !!!!! Kunden Verloren !!! Unmögliches Verhalten!! Once and never again.!!!! Unfriendly cashier. You pay for the goods ... Can prove with an invoice that it was bought there. But after paying in "SHOP" got lost. Will neither get the money nor the goods refunded !!!!! Lost customers !!! Impossible behavior !!
b	budda263 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service Trop hat aus meiner Sicht Möbel, die andere Möbelhäuser nicht haben. Zudem eine echt tolle Beratung. Schön ist, dass teilweise ganze Wohnlandschaften lagernd sind und man sie direkt mitnehmen kann. Liefertermin werden eingehalten und teilweise kommen die Produkte früher. Ganz besonders wollte ich hervorheben, dass bei meinem Couchtisch ein Teil falsch geliefert wurde. Ich habe am 22.12. am Abend angerufen, habe die Bauteilnummer genannt was ich brauchen würde und mir wurde gesagt, dass das Teil lagernd ist und am nächsten Tag vorbereitet wird. Gedacht, dass das Teil nach Weihnachten kommen wird aber da habe ich falsch gedacht. Am 24.12. lag das Teil perfekt verpackt vor der Wohnungstür. Somit konnte ich vor Weihnachten noch den Couchtisch fertig stellen. Danke an die Firma Trop - toller Service und tolle Mitarbeiter. Ihr könnt stolz auf euch sein. Super Service In my opinion, Trop has furniture that other furniture stores don't have. In addition, really great advice. It is nice that sometimes entire living spaces are in stock and you can take them with you right away. Delivery dates are met and the products sometimes arrive earlier. I especially wanted to emphasize that part of my coffee table was delivered incorrectly. I have on December 22nd Called in the evening, gave the part number what I would need and was told that the part is in stock and will be prepared the next day. Thought the part would come after Christmas but I was wrong. On December 24th the part was perfectly packed in front of the apartment door. So I was able to finish the coffee table before Christmas. Thanks to the company Trop - great service and great employees. You can be proud of yourselfes.

H	Heather Swan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this local home furniture store on a recent visit to St Johann, it has a mix of budget and e pensive furniture and also an excellent variety of home accessories. The best bit about the shop is the bistro on the top floor, it has excellent views and great food yet was quiet, not sure if many visitors to St Johann would know about this store let alone the bistro as it's not very well advertised to tourists. We had visited St johann once before and did not see this shop. Would definitely recommend to try and prices are very reasonable compared to village restaurant prices.
