Nach mehrfachem Ausfüllen des Kontaktformulars kam keine Reaktion. Diese kam erst nach dem Verfassen einer negativen Google Rezension. (fragwürdiges Verhalten) Dann wurde mir eröffnet, es gäbe Lieferengpässe und es tut Ihnen leid, darüber nicht informiert zu haben. Es wurde ein neuer Liefertermin garantiert. Heute. Das sollte mir gestern nochmal bestätigt werden. Es kam weder die Bestätigung, noch wurde heute geliefert. Auf Anruf bei WOM ist niemand erreichbar, in der Filiale kann die Dame nicht auf das Online-Bestellportal zugreifen und hat damit auch keine Informationen. Was soll man sagen - keine Ware, fragwürdige Einstellung und leere Versprechen. Zeitverschwendung. Warum dann zwei Sterne? Die Damen am Telefon waren freundlich und scheinbar bemüht - nur eben ohne Erfolg. I had already written a review before. I can only advise against ordering in the online shop. The delivery time window had passed. After filling out the contact form several times, there was no response. This only came after writing a negative Google review. (questionable behavior) Then I was told that there were delivery bottlenecks and you are sorry for not having informed about them. A new delivery date was guaranteed. Today. That should be confirmed to me again yesterday. The confirmation neither came nor was it delivered today. Nobody can be reached when calling WOM, the lady in the branch cannot access the online order portal and therefore has no information. What can you say - no goods, questionable attitude and empty promises. Waste of time. Then why two stars? The ladies on the phone were friendly and apparently tried hard - but without success.

Von den Preisen von damals kann man heute leider nur mehr Träumen ?Es sind dennoch immer wieder tolle Produkte ?? zu einem sicherlich angemessenen Preis dabei aber meist sind sie doch viel höher als der Durschnitt und meistens B Ware (Daher ja auch Outlet) Auch in Anbetracht dessen das man den Neupreis bedenken muss, finde ich es leider für den Durschnitt zu hochpreisig. Dennoch lohnt es sich immer wieder hinein zu kommen um sein persönliches Schnäppchen zu finden ? Ausgefallen sind die Stücke definitiv! I've known WOM a little longer and I think it was only at the beginning of the whole thing. Unfortunately, today you can only dream about the prices from back then ? There are always great products ?? at a certainly reasonable price, but mostly they are much higher than the average and mostly B goods (hence also outlet) Considering that you have to consider the new price, I unfortunately find it too expensive for the average. Nevertheless, it is always worth coming back in to find your personal bargain ? The pieces are definitely unusual!
