A	Anonym Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Service und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer dagegen sind kühl eingerichtet und ungemütlich. Im Familienzimmer war der Teil für die Kinder nicht abzudunkeln. In der Früh war die Tür zum Eingang abgesperrt, sodass man vor der Frühstückszeit weder einen Aufenthaltsraum finden, noch das Hotel verlassen konnte. Das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Good service and very friendly. The rooms are cool and uncomfortable. In the family room was the part for the children not darken. In the morning the door to the entrance was closed off, so that one could not find a lounge or leave the hotel before the breakfast time. We did not like it that much.
R	Reisebiene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die ganzen positiven Rezensionen nicht so recht verstehen. Ich habe mit meinem Partner 2 Nächte in der Wolke 7 verbracht. Super waren die riesige Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet sowie die zentrale Lage. Die Zimmer waren jedoch SEHR schlicht, das Inventar erscheint wie aus einer vergangenen Zeit. Auf den Fotos hätten wir das Hotel so nicht eingeschätzt. Der Fokus des Konzeptes liegt primär auf dem angegliederten Café, welches liebevoll eingerichtet ist, was man von den Zimmern so gar nicht behaupten kann. Neben der veralteten Einrichtung sind noch das winzige Bad mit defekter Klimaanlage sowie der Teppichboden zu bemängeln, auf welchem ich eine kleine Larve gefunden habe (ich als Laie vermute evtl. vom Teppichkäfer?). Ganz furchtbar fand ich den Umgang des Personals mit der aktuellen Coronasituation. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste, die am Buffet und in den Gängen eine Maske trugen. Besteck und Griffe wurden von allen Gästen berührt, ohne zwischenzeitlich einmal gereinigt zu werden, es entstand beim Warten eine enge Schlange mit keinerlei Abstand. Wir wurden mehrfach und penetrant angesprochen mit der Aussage: “Bei uns müssen Sie keine Maske tragen“. Dies ist KEIN Qualitätsmerkmal, liebe Wolke7! Der Kontakt war ansonsten von professioneller Freundlichkeit geprägt und unpersönlich, wir wurden am Ende des Aufenthaltes auch nicht gefragt, wie uns dieser gefallen hat. 2 Sterne für das Frühstück und die Lage. Ihren Umgang mit der Pandemie finde ich katastrophal. Da haben andere Hotels einen deutlich verantwortungsvolleren Umgang entwickelt. I can't quite understand all of the positive reviews. I spent 2 nights in Cloud 7 with my partner. The huge selection at the breakfast buffet and the central location were great. However, the rooms were VERY simple, the inventory appears to be from a bygone era. We wouldn't have rated the hotel that way on the photos. The focus of the concept is primarily on the adjoining café, which is lovingly furnished, which cannot be said of the rooms. In addition to the outdated furnishings, the tiny bathroom with defective air conditioning and the carpeting, on which I found a small larva (I, as a layman, might suspect the carpet beetle?), Are to be criticized. I found the way the staff was handling the current corona situation very terrible. We were the only guests who wore a mask at the buffet and in the hallways. Cutlery and handles were touched by all guests without being cleaned in the meantime, there was a narrow queue while waiting with no distance whatsoever. We were approached several times and penetratingly with the statement: "With us you don't have to wear a mask". This is NOT a quality feature, dear Cloud7! The contact was otherwise characterized by professional friendliness and impersonal, at the end of our stay we weren't asked how we liked it. 2 stars for breakfast and location. I find your handling of the pandemic catastrophic. Other hotels have developed a significantly more responsible approach.
