P	Portly Travellers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in here for lunch. Not many gluten free option other then the salad bar. So I had the salad bar. At least you can fill your bowl as full as you like. There are nuts too for topping with is a great protein boost. The others in the group had soup and said it was very good. The bill for the 4 of us was 20 EURO so very affordable.

V	Victoria Ramage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give this hotel an average review. My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Chek in was easy and the lady at the check in desk was nice. The room was a good size, the view amazing and breakfast was also good. My reason for a 3/5 review is that there is a smoking room right in the lobby. For non-smokers, as soon as you walk in, that is ALL you smell. I stayed on the first floor and I would have to open the balcony door to vent my room. The smoke would make its way up into the room and hall. Again, for smokers, probably not a big deal. But since I am a non-smoker, the hotel smelled bad. It smelled of stale cigarettes and cigars. Outside of this, the location is good and the resturant is nice.
R	Rhea Wolvekamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights and left shocked at the way this hotel is handling the pandamic. Only measures in place are hand sanitiser and plexiglass at reception. No one wears a mask, breakfast buffet is still served without any disinfectant measures in place with people crowding and touching literally everything. My husband, myself and another guest saw someone sneezing on the cheese and when I notified the manager, she simply said that she hadn't seen it happen so she wasn't going to do anything about it. This is just insane considering the current global situation and shows the little regard they have for people's wellbeing. On top of this the staff are very cold and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we stepped through the door. This I could have ignored but the disregard for safety baffles me.

D	Dew Painter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel should have been a 5 star. First the pros.... had a king suite and it was VERY big. The bed was nice...the view was spectacular...the bathroom was 5 star. Great water pressure and high heat from water. We got there around 9PM and the young lady for check in was VERY nice and friendly. The Con....we slept until 11:15 and got a call from front desk. Check out time is 11 and she was extremely unfriendly about it. We quickly got up and ready and was out at 11:40. At the desk the same lady was very sure to display her unhappiness that we were not out by 11.
H	Heiko Gehrig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. One of it’s strengths are the friendly, helpful staff. As for the building itself, it may be old or new depending where your room is. The building containing the check-in counter is very new and clean (presumably the rooms as well). This partition also has an elevator. However, the “old” wing/building seems a bit dated, and the rooms feel the same way, having a slight strange smell to them. Rooms in the old wing where we stayed are satisfactorily maintained. Furnishing are a touch dated, although still definitely acceptable for the majority of people, depending on your expectations. The room was on the larger side, with a large washroom as well. A common balcony is on the second floor with a wood wall/partition between room balconies. Rooms have double beds which are soft. A fridge in the room was not available. Be warned that the old wing/building does not have an elevator if you so happen to be on the second floor. Between the two buildings (all interconnected), is a restaurant and dining hall with beautiful architecture. In order to get to the old wing, you must walk through the restaurant. The hotel has plentiful parking all around the building (dedicated hotel parking spaces). Overall, a nice hotel, depending on your expectations.

The people were nice but there was one Karen (someone who complains a lot) walking around. Also there was no Wifi in the room. For new guests don’t book room number 9.
